CTG Scholarship Program

With Axie floor prices still being unaffordable to a large portion of the world, the barrier to entry for new Axie Infinity players in developing countries remains expensive and risky. It can take up a lot of one’s time trying to figure out what Axies to buy without being able to play the game first. In order to help facilitate the onboarding of new Axie Infinity players with strong community support, we are introducing the CTG Scholarship Program.

About the Program

Each account will feature at least 3 high-quality Axies ready to battle in the Arena. Scholars will not be allowed to participate or even apply to other Axie Infinity scholarship programs while in the CTG Scholarship. Failure to follow this rule will result in a ban from the CTG program, as well as forfeiting any SLP on the account. If you are accepted into another program you must contact a moderator to let the team know.

Players accepted into the CTG program will receive 60% of all SLP earned, as well as help and advice from the CTG community on how to get the most out of your squad. Scholars will have access to exclusive training videos, PvE guides, in-house scholar tournaments, team upgrade incentives, random flash giveaways, as well as other fun incentives and partnerships. Each player will be assigned an email and password to access their CTG Scholarship account. Players will not have access to the Ethereum or Ronin wallets that are connected to each CTG scholar account, meaning you will not be able to send the Axies or interact with any tokens on the account. The CTG Scholarship has complete ownership over the wallets containing the Axies. Any and all airdrops that are outside of the Axie Infinity game will belong to the CTG team. The CTG team will be the ones syncing and sending the earned SLP to the individual player’s personal Ethereum or Ronin wallets.

Earning Requirements

Due to CTG’s focus on community building over the bottom line, we offer the lowest minimum earnings requirements in the game at 1,500 SLP a month in order to maintain access to the account. After the official first month of playing, if a scholar is not earning at least 1,500 SLP a month, their spot in the program may be terminated if there is no attempt to improve. The 1,500 SLP monthly minimum is subject to change at the discretion of the CTG team.

Inactivity Rules

In order to reach those that need the program most, it is important that you have the time to actively play this intricate and awesome game. To ensure quality control, the CTG Scholarship Program will enforce minimum activity rules for scholars. If a scholar is earning well below the pace to meet their monthly goal and has not made any attempt to improve by seeking CTG provided training sessions, you will be subject to removal from the program. If any player is inactive for more than three days without contacting BIffChain or a CTG moderator, you may be subject to removal from the program. The CTG team will do everything possible to help scholars improve and earn more; these rules are aimed at weeding out scholars who either do not have the time or do not have the will to learn a complex and rewarding game.

Cashing Out My Earnings

Earnings will be paid out in the Axie Infinity utility token, Smooth Love Potion, or SLP for short. Cashouts will be processed at the start of each month unless told otherwise by your account manager.

Earning Potential

By putting in about an hour or two of gameplay, one can complete the daily quest to earn an additional 50 SLP on top of 100 to 150 SLP for winning those matches it takes to complete the quest. The amount of SLP you can earn in PvE mode is capped at 100 a day. There is also a new energy system to limit the number of games you can earn SLP in from Arena mode in a 24 hour period. This makes having the right training crucial to getting the most out of your gameplay. You are also likely to increase your earnings as you level up your Axies in adventure mode and master the art of battling in the Arena. The more time you put in the more money you can make. After learning the ropes it will be possible to earn over 7,000 SLP a month, which works out to over 4,500 SLP, valued at over $500 at the current SLP price (13 cents), just for simply playing a fun and addictive game. This will give players the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the game before making any real economical decisions. Since it will take time to learn how to value an Axie and how to build a team to be competitive in PvP, we highly recommend taking your time before buying your first personal team as this can be a complicated task before you understand the ins and outs of the game. In addition, players will be allowed to buy or transfer their personal Axies to the CTG account to increase their earning potential until they are fully ready to start their own account. This also allows the scholars to play with their personal axies without the fear of getting banned and losing their SLP. As you continue to learn the game, you will be earning money that can go toward purchasing your very own Axie stable!

CTG Scholar Incentives

Flash Discord Giveaways

There will be random announcements inside the CTG Scholar chatroom that will serve as a flash giveaway for scholars that react to the message with an emoji. Scholars will have a few hours to respond to the message in order to participate. All scholars that are online will be pinged to the ctg-scholars room. The ABR team will use a random number generator bot to select the winner at the end of the given time period. We will randomly choose different times for the flash giveaways in order to ensure every scholar has a chance to win. The majority of the flash giveaways will consist of small amounts of SLP with the possibility of some random rare giveaways with higher values, this could be anything from a free land item to a new Axie team upgrade!

Axie Upgrades

An Axie upgrade will allow a scholar to select a new top-tier Axie for their CTG team. Scholars will be able to personally select the Axie they want for their upgrade from a pool of top-tier Axies. This will allow one to decide whether they want a more PvE or PvP focused team. The CTG team will also consult with scholars on which Axie would fit best on their team. There will be two ways to qualify for a team upgrade; the first is to simply be a top 10 earner at the end of the month. The team will calculate the top earners each month and announce the top 10 in the CTG Scholar announcements channel. The second way to earn a team upgrade is to finish in the top 10 rankings for CTG scholars in a season. Each scholar will be required to post a picture of their end-of-season points in the season-rankings room to determine the highest-ranking scholars. In order to ensure a fair distribution of top-tier Axies, scholars are only eligible for one upgrade.

CTG eSports

CTG provides opportunities for scholars to obtain both the Semi-Pro and eSports tags. Semi-Pros will have access to higher-level training, more exclusive in-house tournaments, and be allowed to swap one Axie a month. In order to make the CTG Semi-Pro team, you must acquire a rank in the top 1% of all daily active users. Scholars that exhibit the highest level of play can earn on spot on the official CTG eSports team, gaining access to top-tier tournaments as well as CTG weapons.

Disclaimer

This is an experimental pilot program that makes no promises of profit, one must put in the work to reap the rewards. The program can change or end at any point for any reason. If the program were to end, the remaining SLP balances will be sent out to the player’s personal ETH address as long as it meets the minimum threshold to withdraw. There is no set period for the program, we will keep it running and growing as long as it is economical for all those involved. Scholars can NOT sublet, rent, or sell their CTG account in any form or fashion. As a CTG Scholar, you may not participate or even apply to another Scholarship/Rentals program. If caught breaking these rules, the Scholar will be blacklisted from all programs and forfeit all SLP. The CTG team reserves the right to terminate any player’s place in the program to protect the integrity of the CTG guild.
